Carl Levin, Architecture and Design - CLA+D - is a full service Architecture and Interior Design Firm located in Miami, FL. CLA+D has over 20 years experience working on projects ranging from single and multi-family residential; commercial, retail, and restaurant design; hotels and resorts; and educational facilities. CLA+D has helped transform Florida's landscape from Pensacola to Orlando to Homestead, one expertly designed project at a time.
CLA+D is committed to providing a turn-key product with quality design and excellent customer service. Each project is handled by a Registered Architect that is assigned to the job from the first meeting to the final punch list, ensuring that all client expectations are met while streamlining costs and maximizing efficiency.
The founder and President of CLA+D is Carl Levin, a Florida Registered Architect. Carl is joined by his wife, Jennifer Jarquin Levin, also a Florida Registered Architect and the Design Department is headed by Diosdado Perera. All three team members graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
